 The club tournament is played from may through to September as 33 knock out tournaments. The players arrange to play against each other within the deadlines specified ultimately leading to Finals Day which is held on the second Sunday of September. Junior, Supervets and Open tournaments play side by side from about 0930 until they are finished - usually around 1730 when trophy presentation takes place.Food is provided free of charge for members throughout the day. Volunteers are needed to prepare a dish and bring it on the day and also volunteers are needed to organise the catering.
