Courts may be booked for individual use up to a week in advance subject to priority rules - see booking sheets in the clubhouse entrance hall.In addition, typically, 2 or 3 American Tournaments take place during the summer months. See club notice board for sign up sheets.Free floodlighting is available on 6 courts.
Relax in the friendly atmosphere of the club's not-for-profit bar from about 7.30pm, to round off clubnights. Excellent, cooked food is available on the last Thursday of the month. See sign up sheet on the notice board for this.
Please Take Great Care When Moving Between Courts
Even at club mixing-in times, it is a good idea to practise awareness of courts on which points are in progress, when crossing behind them, before and after playing. It may mean waiting for a break in play on more than one pair of courts. If that is considered an unnecessary burden during club play, pausing, before crossing each pair of courts, at least, would remind us to check that no match is in progress, and nobody is about to serve, before continuing. Even on club nights, adjacent courts can be bookable for matches after 8pm when great care is essential. In their case, please wait for a break in play before crossing.
