Three General Members are elected to the committee each year. The duties and functions of a General Member of any of ACFC, PCC, SBCC include:
- To be a member of (only) one of the three committees (ACFC, PCC, SBCC)
- To participate in the committee activities as requested and agreed
- To operate in accordance with the current club rules and regulations
