The duties and functions of the Committee Representative include:
To be responsible for the management and good order of the courts, grounds and fabric of the clubhouse. Will work closely with the Administrator.
Will play the lead role in the future development of our facilities which will involve negotiations with planners, architects and construction organizations. Will work with the Treasurer to arrange appropriate funding for such.
All playing facilities should follow the LTA guidelines and regulations
All club facilities shall comply with appropriate regulations, e.g. fire, safety, electrical
To ensure that appropriate documents are filed centrally
To operate in accordance with the current club rules and regulations
