Ensuring all necessary licences are obtained and are valid Ensure the bar is staffed as necessary. All employed bar staff to be recruited, managed, appraised at least once per year and paid (with the Treasurer) Be responsible for the maintenance of all bar and lounge fixtures, fittings, appliances and equipment Ensure appropriate Health & Safety and Food Standards are followed To ensure that appropriate documents are filed centrally To operate in accordance with the current club rules and regulations
